Assignment Description

• Pre-Operation is responsible to support the Yggdrasil project and ensure Operation are ready for start-up of the Yggdrasil Field. 
• The Pre-ops PfS Manager will have a key role in delivering the Power from Shore part of the overall Yggdrasil project but will be contributing to all phases of the project with facility-specific knowledge and competence to ensure quality and ‘fit for purpose’ delivery.
• Establish PfS emergency analyses and defined situations of hazards and accidents formats.
• Alignment and implementation of necessary security principles for the PfS part of the Yggdrasil Field.
• Monitoring strategy and plan (cable and stations) – and align with interface to onshore Integrated Operation Centre.
• Define and/or prepare all necessary work processes in alignment with provided tools for start-up and operation of the asset.
• A“see-to” duty to ensure functional requirements are implemented in the design.
• Responsibility for cable repair strategy, method, equipment, contracts and potential memberships in relevant forums
• Establish service, operations and maintenance contracts both with local and international vendors.
• Handle and set up spare dossier and storage areas for spares PfS (includes cable)
• Receive and process handover packages from Completion to operation.
• Involved in technical queries, deviations, Management of Change, etc. with operational and organizational impact
