Assignment Description

• Lead and be responsible for the entire Structural engineering activities for the assigned task
• Preparing man hour estimates, schedules and inform the discipline Lead if need of more people to meet manpower resource requirements for the task
• Ensuring the job progress as per schedule and as per required quality
• Establish need dates for assignment of personnel on the job Supervise, assign and schedule work to the entire Structural team for the task Maintain contact with Client, task management and other discipline responsible engineers to assure that accurate, timely communications and flow of information is implemented
• Discipline Task responsible + Senior E3D designer
• Should be able to multi-task on the project

Qualifications

• Degree - BSc Structural engineering
• Minimum 3 years experience as discipline engineer Good experience working on E3D.
• Knowledge of relevant design rules and standards Knowledge of PEM, Discipline engineering methods & tools, processes and activities in relevant execution phases, requirements to interface with other disciplines and parties and EMM best practice relevant for the area of responsibility
• Knowledge of EMM planning principles and overall functionality and information flow between CPA Adequate knowledge of contract, budgeting, change and risk management
• Management capabilities, proactive with good communication and coordination skills Software Skills: Time, MIPS, E3D
• Years of work experience:3 year(s)
• Must have: English, Native or bilingual proficiency
