Assignment Description

• Manage and coordinate procurement team activities for assigned packages, ensuring adherence to project goals and procedures.
• Develop and maintain procurement strategies, plans, and budgets.
• Handle supplier pre-qualification, inquiries, tender evaluation, negotiations, purchase orders, and oversee deliveries.
• Manage changes, warranties, invoice control, and project close-out.
• Collaborate closely with engineering and integration teams.
• Gain a comprehensive understanding of contracts and detailed knowledge of technical and commercial aspects.
• Reporting to manager on progress, status, schedule, cost, and risks.

Qualifications

• Relevant master's or bachelor's degree
• 7-10 years of experience in a similar role
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Norwegian.
• Strong systematic and analytical skills
• Commercially driven with technical insight
• Proficient in contract management
• Strong negotiation skills
• High integrity and ethical values
• Dedicated and proactive team player
